The Company is pleased to advise that Electrix has been awarded a contract by Western Power for its Asset Inspection Services. The contract scope will include asset inspection services across 50% of Western Power's electricity network in the South Western corner of Western Australia. The contract period is for an initial two year term with an option for a further one year extension. The mobilisation period for the works has commenced with field works to commence early July. The Company is pleased to advise that Qatalum ( Qatar Aluminium Limited ) has awarded Dutco McConnell Dowell Qatar Ltd the contract for the clean-up, repair and mechanical completion of Frozen Electrolytic Pots. The maintenance works are a result of a recent power outage at the smelter which requires an urgent clean-up and repair of the 444 shut down pots by 30th November 2010.
