Citic Pacific Mining Management Pty Ltd. is acting as the principal’s representative. The Company is pleased to announce that Built Environs Pty Ltd has been awarded the contract to build the new South Australian Police (SAPOL) headquarters in Adelaide by Commercial & General. The 10-storey concrete building (including basement) is being designed to achieve a five star Greenstar rating - including the use of natural energy for a healthy working environment - and will feature an open plan office space, curtain wall glazing and extra security features, including special ballistic bullet-proof glass. The Marina Bay Sands project team in Singapore has achieved 500,000 man-hours without lost time injury.
