The Company is pleased to announce Built Environs, as part of a Joint Venture with Perth Building Company, has been awarded the Ellenbrook Shopping Centre – Stage 2 in Western Australia. The project involves the development of approximately 8 hectares that will provide an additional 19,000m2 of lettable area (24,000m2 of GFA) including a Big W discount department store, a Coles supermarket, specialty stores and variety stores. The Company is pleased to advise that Built Environs has been selected by the Government of South Australia's Department for Families and Communities as the preferred contractor for the 102 Waymouth Street Urban Development project. The Waymouth Street Urban Development project is a 16-storey commercial residential building in the Adelaide CBD. When completed, the building will have a gross floor area of 13,300m2 and provide 138 units for a mix of rental, affordable sale and commercial sale housing. The Company is pleased to advise that Built Environs has been awarded the contract for the upgrade of the navigable pass, fishways and ancillary works at Lock and Weir 15 on the River Murray at Robinvale on the Victorian and New South Wales border.
