The Apac On-Ramp Project comprises an elevated road passing over the Melbourne Airport Long Term Carpark, over both the city and airport-bound carriageways of the Tullamarine Freeway, merging with the freeway as a two-lane-on ramp to the city bound carriageway prior to Mickleham Road.  This will provide an alternative egress from the airport relieving traffic congestion on Centre Road and provide future road capacity for airport development.
