McConnell Dowell works on major stand-alone projects as well as undertaking the integral E&I work in Mechanical and Civil projects. Project teams are experienced in many different DCS, ESD, RMPS and PLC systems, and have completed projects involving pipelines, power stations, gas processing, refinery re-instrumentation, chemical plants and terminals.

Western Power Asset Inspection Contract Award
The Company is pleased to advise that Electrix has been awarded a contract by Western Power for its Asset Inspection Services.
The contract scope will include asset inspection services across 50% of Western Power's electricity network in the South Western corner of Western Australia. The contract period is for an initial two year term with an option for a further one year extension. The mobilisation period for the works has commenced with field works to commence early July.
The contract will see the opening of a new regional office and depot, firmly establishing Electrix in Western Australia.

Ergon Energy Asset Inspection Contract Award
The Company is pleased to advise that Electrix Australia has been awarded a further Asset Inspection Contract for Ergon Energy’s Central Queensland region for a period of 3+1+1 years.
The Project Office has been established in Rockhampton for 8 years, and securing this new Contract is a result of hard work and continuous improvement by the Electrix team. The Contract will have more than 50 employees and contractors, spread across Central Queensland from Bowen to Bundaberg, and as far outback as Birdsville.
