Safety, Quality & Environment
McConnell Dowell operates a third party accredited integrated safety, quality and environment management system called IMS.
This system is based on our Vision and its supporting values and provides the framework for our people to achieve excellence in all of our business practices.
The IMS is available to personnel company-wide and is a sustainable management system that focuses beyond compliance and gives our people real value as a project tool.
