Interview Process
Phone Interview
If you progress to the next stage, you may be contacted for a phone interview so we can learn a little more about you, and go over a few assessment and timing details. These interviews take between 15 and 20 minutes.
Formal Interview
You may be invited to attend one or more structured interviews, which generally take around 45 minutes to one hour. Before the day, we will discuss details regarding your interview, where it will be held, who will be interviewing you.
During the interview, you will be asked to give examples of situations that demonstrate your knowledge, skills and experiences.
Reference Checking
We request at least two referees who can confirm your professional experience, relevant to your role, who have observed your working abilities.
Verbal Offer
If successful, you will be made a verbal offer detailing your employment package.
Formal Offer
If you make a verbal acceptance, we will issue a formal letter of appointment for you to review and sign within five days.
