This milestone has been achieved by close planning and co-operation between McConnell Dowell & Tambang Tondano Nusajaya Management group, OH&S departments, staff and employees. Continuous job site inspections conducted jointly by Tambang Tondano Nusajaya and the McConnell Dowell safety team has ensured Safety continues to be one of our leading values.
McConnell Dowell management has also taken the proactive step of implementing a weekly Employee Safety Award Program, which has been a success for all involved.
