Contract Award Extension – Asset Inspection and Maintenance Services, Electrix, Victoria

The Company is pleased to announce that Powercor Australia has awarded Electrix Pty Ltd a further extension to the existing contract for provision of Asset Inspection and Maintenance Services on the Powercor and CitiPower electricity networks in Melbourne and Western Victoria.

The contract includes a cyclical inspection program for network assets in high bushfire risk areas.

Electrix has successfully provided a similar range of services for Powercor since 1997 when the original Asset Inspection contract was signed. The contract has been retained continuously over this period with regular benchmarking by Powercor against the market under a competitive tender process.
