A sector as broad as oil and gas demands a comprehensive skillset and one that McConnell Dowell is up to delivering. Marine facilities, storage terminals, processing plants, pipelines, topsides, power, and water infrastructure are all core elements of our on, near, and off-shore service portfolios.
The Group’s ability to deliver, engineer, procure and construct (EPC) solutions supports innovative and intelligent thinking and provides clients with the simplicity and accountability of a single management interface.

With in-house fabrication and precast facilities, we are at the forefront of modularisation and pre-assembly. Our approach minimises site labour, enhances quality and reduces construction programs — all crucial elements for success in this highly competitive sector.

McConnell Dowell’s multidisciplinary approach is what sets us apart. Nowhere is this more evident than in the petrochemical sector, where skill diversity and the ability to integrate makes the
difference between good and great.

With specialist skills in civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, fabrication and piping, we provide a complete construction service in both green and brown-field facilities.

From blending facilities in Singapore and process plants in Thailand to storage and distribution facilities in Indonesia, McConnell Dowell has the experience to deliver safe, high quality, well-planned, and
flexible construction projects to all petrochemical clients.

When it comes to mining, McConnell Dowell are tried and trusted. Industry heavyweights such as BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto and Fortescue Metals Group know us, respect us, and partner with us for their major projects, time and again.

With experience working in the harshest heat of the Australian desert, and the tropical rainforests of Indonesia, no matter how difficult or remote the site, it’s our ‘get in and do it’ attitude that sets us apart.

The Group's construction capability covers every aspect of mine development from pit to port.  Equipped with specialist plant for underground construction, as well as rail and marine facilities and transportation pipelines, we have the tools and knowledge to deliver.
