We have over 10000 staff, but all with one culture and one goal — to ensure we remain the very best.
The McConnell Dowell culture is unique and we like it. It isn’t mandated because it doesn’t work that way. It forms naturally through the bonds of our staff, through the hard work of our teams, and the dedication to the job at hand. Ask our fabricators in our Batam Yard, or our riggers in the Pilbara, or even one of our new graduates and they’ll each tell you the same story: we work hard, we call it as we see it, and we always act with our clients’ objectives in mind.
As we grow and develop we continue to implement financial and non-financial rewards and benefits as a part of our overall Employer of Choice initiatives. We recognise the value of our people and reward them for their contribution and good performance.
We provide our people with an environment that:
> Ensures safety is the number one priority;
> Provides a high level of autonomy with clear learning and development opportunities;
> Offers work and travel opportunities to high-profile projects throughout our operating regions; and
> Guarantees a solid working partnership based on honesty, trust, respect, creativity and innovation.
Creative Construction means smart solutions. We invest the time and money in our people to ensure they are made for the job. They make us who we are.
