Currently we require the services of an experienced Commercial Manager for our Tunnelling & Underground Business Unit. The main objective is to ensure the efficient management of the commercial and contractural activities within the business unit.
Key responsibilities:
The efficient and effective management of the commercial and contractual activities
The professional development of contract administration and project management staff in commercial matters
Effective and consistent implementation of the companys commercial policies and procedures
Commercial risks and opportunities are identified and addressed in a timely manner.
Competencies:
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Minimum of ten years experience in project/ contractual engineering
Sound commercial acumen accompanied by proven negotiation and inter-relationship skills
Clear and definitive communication, written and verbal accompanied by competent presentation ability.
