Singapore
Formed in 1971, McConnell Dowell South East Asia Pte Ltd has the capacity to carry out a full range of integrated, multi-discipline projects on a self perform basis. Supporting our operations is a full plant and equipment fleet and a fabrication facility in Batam.
Our Singapore operation continues to sustain a healthy order book. Ongoing and recently completed work includes:

- Sungei Jurong Lighter Terminal Development

Having recently completed the new coal handling and barge loading facility in Kalimantan, our Indonesian company has been awarded a further contract for a wharf upgrade. We have now secured several new contracts at Batu Hijau for a concentrator upgrade, workshop, and various other mechanical works.
The Batam fabrication yard has been at full capacity for the year. Over 15,000t of concrete and steel modules were fabricated or assembled in our yard for ALCAN for export to Gove in Australia. We supplied structural steel and pre-spooled pipework to projects in Australia and Singapore.
