We are continuously looking for trades staff with supervisory expereince in the civil construction field; and are particularly interested if you have experience in hard rock/drill and blast, as well as soft rock tunnelling environments. Familiarity with the operation of TBMs, pipejacking and separation plants is also ideal.

You will have a Trades qualification relevant to the construction, building or manufacturing industries and a minimum of five years construction industry experience with a proven history of previous supervisory/foreman appointments.

Organising, co-ordinating and directing field construction activities in accordance with work schedules whilst constantly monitoring the status of planning and quality activities is the focus of this role, including monitoring and reviewing the performance of plant, labour and subcontractors to ensure production targets are met or bettered and taking appropriate action as necessary.
