McConnell Dowell is committed to contributing to improving the quality of life in societies throughout the geographic footprint we trade in.
Our CSR Policy aims to reduce poverty; improve the quality of life and opportunities for disadvantaged groups through promotion of community based projects relating to self help, empowerment, capacity building and skills development.
The CSR Policy also assists educational institutions in encouraging or increasing the through put of mathematics and science students and relevant trade skills in order to contribute to the development of priority skills in our industry.
We assist our CSR endeavours through either donations or allowing our employees to participate in voluntary works.
